First of all, look at whether the fire door has a certificate and an inspection statement. The certificate is the "Commodity Type Approval Certificate" issued by the Fire Commodity Qualification Identification Center of the Ministry of Public Security. The inspection statement is the inspection statement issued by the National Fixed Life Saving System and the Fire Refractory Component Quality Supervision and Inspection Center or the National Fire Building Material Quality Supervision and Inspection Center. The fourth is to see whether the door closer, fire lock and other accessories of the fire door are complete, whether the double door has a fire sequencer, and whether the fire door is pasted with a fire seal.
The quality of the fire door is of course important, but the quality of the device cannot be ignored. For example, the movable gap between the door leaf and the lower frame of the door or the ground cannot be too large. If it exceeds 9mm, it will affect the function of the fire door to prevent smoke and fire. Regarding the steel door frame, cement mortar should be poured into the door frame. Knock on the door frame to hear if the sound is loud and you will know if cement mortar has been poured, and hit the upper part of the door frame to know if it is filled. Regarding wooden door frames, there should be no gap between the frame and the wall or column, and the gap should also be filled with cement mortar, because the wood used in the door frame should be treated with flame retardant. You can briefly check whether there: cut a small piece of sawdust from the outside of the door frame and light it with a lighter. If the fire subsides immediately after the lighter is removed, the wood will pass the flame retardant treatment. If the sawdust continues to burn after the lighter is removed, the wood will not pass the flame retardant treatment.
