Fire doors play an important role in preventing smoke and fire from spreading and reducing loss. Fire doors are divided into normally closed fire doors and normally open fire doors according to the opening situation. Normally closed fire doors are normally closed under the action of the door closer. Therefore, when a fire occurs, it can prevent the smoke from the fire; the normally open fire door is usually opened under the action of the door closer. Locks meet the requirements of GA/T73-94 "Mechanical Anti-theft Lock. Party B shall provide Party A with the certificate of conformity of all materials such as steel Class B fire doors and supporting hardware, and relevant materials such as inspection statements, and shall be responsible for all procedures for the completion inspection of fire doors required for disposal of fire control. Warranty period of two years.

2. Door frame and door leaf requirements: The door frame and door leaf are made of high-quality galvanized cold-rolled steel plate. The thickness of the inner and outer panels of the door leaf is 0.8mm (the thickness of the door panel in the garage is 1.0mm), the leaf frame is 1.2mm, and the thickness of the door frame is 1.5mm. It is necessary to carry out phosphating and anti-corrosion treatment on the inside and surface of the door panel and the steel surface of the door frame. The surface layer shall be sprayed with plastic, and the color shall be tentative Milky White or gray, and the style shall be subject to the model door style (refer to Phase I project). ①. Fire door frame and door leaf panel shall be made of steel materials with hard work not less than cold rolled thin steel plate, and cold rolled thin steel plate shall conform to the rules of GB/T708; Fire door reinforcement can be selected as steel materials with hard work not less than hot rolled steel, and hot rolled steel shall conform to the rules of GB/T709; The function of using steel materials for fire door frame, door leaf and reinforcement shall be checked by qualified materials supplied by manufacturers.

②. The steel shall be phosphated and coated with anti-rust primer twice. The surface shall be sprayed with electrostatic powder. The spraying material shall be the product of Akzo Nobel, Germany. The coating thickness shall be ≧ 40um. The coating shall be uniform, smooth and free of pitting, blistering, bulging and scratches. (The color is determined by the planning department)

2.2 material thickness: (this thickness needs to be required by the specification, the specific thickness shall be determined by the manufacturer)

The steel plate thickness of the door frame plate shall not be less than 1.2mm, the steel plate thickness of the door leaf plate shall not be less than 0.8mm, the steel plate thickness of the reinforcement without holes shall not be less than 1.2mm, and the steel plate thickness of the reinforcement with screw holes shall not be less than 3.0mm.

4. Accessories: the melting temperature of hardware accessories such as locks, hinges and bolts shall not be lower than 950 ℃
